You can access the quick, self-service return process with the email address associated with your customer profile that you use to view your orders and account information. When you enter your email address, you will receive an email with a temporary six-digit code that you must enter to log in.
If you log in with an email address not associated with an existing customer profile, a new customer profile will be created automatically.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are asking for a size change replacement in the "note" field you will need to enter the size of the item you are asking for a replacement
You can only request a size exchange for the exact same product you have purchased. Before requesting a size exchange make sure that the size you are requesting is available in our store.
In order to make a size exchange, in the "note" field, you will need to enter the size of the item you would like to receive in exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Once the request has been made, we will shortly send the return label to be attached to the shipment with all the instructions for shipping the goods to our warehouse.
The customer is responsible for returning the product.The subsequent shipping of the product size change is at the store's expense. Once we have received the item, we will only exchange it if it is not damaged.
Ifthe item is damaged, we will NOT exchangeit.
We only accept returns if the goods are considered to be defective.
Goods shall be considered defective if, upon receipt, they are damaged or show manufacturing defects within 24 months from the date of purchase. In such cases, it is possible to return the item which, subject to verification and approval, will result in the issue of a voucher of equal value to the returned product to be used within one year.
Items must be returned including all "tags" and "labels", in the same condition in which they were sent. In addition, the returned products must not be damaged, stained, washed, altered, worn or used. If these conditions are not met, the return cannot be accepted.
We only reimburse shipping costs in the event of a shipping error or defective material..
