You can only request a size exchange for the exact same product you have purchased. Before requesting a size exchange make sure that the size you are requesting is available in our store.

The return shipment of the product is paid for by the customer, the subsequent shipment of the product size change is paid for by the store. Once we receive the item, we will proceed with the exchange if and only if it is not damaged.
We only accept returns if the goods are deemed to be defective.
In such cases, it is possible to return the item which, subject to verification and approval, will result in the issue of a voucher of equal value to the returned product to be used within one year.
Items must be returned including all "tags" and "labels", in the same condition in which they were sent. In addition, the returned products must not be damaged, stained, washed, altered, worn or used. If these conditions are not met, the return cannot be accepted.
