As our crews fight to defend, conserve and protect our ocean, there is a constant race against time to end litter and plastic pollution before climate change becomes irreversible. That's why Sea Shepherd is introducing a new collection of sustainable, circular clothing.
Every product in this new collection is made from natural organic materials in factories powered by renewable energy. More importantly, they are designed from the start to be returned to our partner factory once used, where the material is recovered and made into new clothing-so there is no waste.
To further reduce waste, this product will be created only seconds after your order is placed and shipped directly from our partner factory in Europe in paper packaging. This means that it will arrive separately from the other products in your order. A small total shipping charge will be added for all T-shirt orders from the Sustainable Print on Demand collection. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of Sustainable Print on Demand orders..

FAQ
How can I modify, cancel or update my order?
SUSTAINABLE PRINT ON DEMAND factories are digital, modern, and extremely fast, and because of the way they are highly automated, order processing begins within seconds after an order is placed by the customer. This means that orders cannot be changed mid-production and orders cannot be changed or updated. The upside is on super-fast shipping times, which is what most customers prioritize.
What happens if an order is damaged in the mail?
If an item is damaged by post, please send a photo to hello@teemill.com and contact@seashepherdstore.it with the order number and photos of the damaged item. We will ask you to return the damaged item so that we can inspect it and then recycle it and send a free replacement.
What happens if an order gets lost in the mail?
If an item is lost in the post, first allow sufficient time (usually 28 days) for the item to arrive. If an item is lost in the post because you have not provided sufficient delivery information, we will not replace the item. If it returns to the sender for this reason, you will be contacted and offered the option of redelivery at cost price. Items that are returned to sender will be recycled after 30 days if unclaimed.
Can I make a return for a size change?
We do not accept returns for a size change for products in the Sustainable Print on Demand collection.
